ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, including but not limited to custom artwork, patches, PVC items, metal products, and design services, all purchases are non-refundable.

3. Proof Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all design proofs, spelling, dimensions, colors, and specifications prior to production. Once approval is given, production will proceed, and no changes can be made.

4. Production Errors

If an error occurs due to our mistake (manufacturing defect or deviation from the approved proof), we will remake or correct the item at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery and include clear, original photographic evidence. AI-generated images will not be accepted. 

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in filing claims when applicable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this All Sales Final Policy and waives the right to initiate a chargeback for reasons covered under this policy
